Our contact centres in India are severely affected by the government lockdown declared recently, this restricts our ability to effectively service our customers and you might not be able to get in touch with us. Please only contact us if your departure is within the next 6 days.

We assure you that we are working 24/7 to restore our customer service as soon as possible and make it easy for you to manage your travel.

We are receiving an unprecedented amount of phone calls and emails right now. If you have an active customer service request we kindly ask you not to call or email as that will only make our queues longer. We are handling all cases in the order that we receive them and we will inform you as soon as we have an update in your case. Handling times with some airlines are currently estimated at 6-8 weeks. We apologize for the situation and are doing our best to handle all cases as quickly as we can.
